T6 asked EbonyBailey Marketing to provide us with our first telemarketing campaign to help us generate new business opportunities.
We were keen to express the need to generate face to face appointments and EbonyBailey understood our needs to do so, they help us build a script to our specifications, they helped us purchase the data we needed through their partners, and set the campaign up for us with very little intervention on our part.
We told EbonyBailey what our preferred results would be and they doubled it in qualified appointments - 90% of our meeting are still active and we have met most of them at least once and expect a lot of business to come from it.
The campaign was so successful we were unable to continue immediately with another campaign as we did not have the man power to deal with such an influx of appointments.
